Project Rules
Please familiarize yourself with the rules, choose your teammates carefully, and enjoy a pleasant game.

- This rule document has been compiled with the utmost care. With each rule, we have tried to provide clear examples of what is and what is not allowed. However, it is impossible to describe all cases and scenarios and prevent all loopholes. When the moderator team is in doubt about a rule being broken, it is discussed in discretion, and a judgment is made.
- Bending rules, finding loopholes, misinterpreting, or changing the meaning of the rules to gain an advantage is not permitted. In such cases, the situation will be reviewed by a Senior Moderator, and appropriate punishments will be given.
- Also, please understand that all Moderators are humans. Although we all uphold the same rules, it’s up to a Moderator's judgment if they deem a punishment worthy.
- If you have questions about your ban, we recommend creating a ticket on our Discord and NOT messaging a Moderator privately. However, if you want to be eligible for an unban, you MUST create an appeal through our Discord.
- If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact the Staff Team. We are always open to discussing or clarifying a rule.

Important Notices:
Some situations fall upon the Moderator’s discretion. If you feel you have been punished unfairly, please contact the Administrators on our Discord server.
The community will be notified immediately if any official rule change has been confirmed by the Moderation team. -
Admission Policy:
Admitting a bannable offense to staff members will result in the ban being reduced by half. This policy can apply to the following rules: Exploitation of Bugs/Glitches, Unapproved Modifications, and Lying to Staff/Forging. -
Punishment Clause:
Joking about breaking any rule could be deemed a punishable offense. If a Moderator understands you are making a joke, your punishment falls under the Moderator’s discretion. If they deem your statement not to be a joke, you will receive the normal punishment. -

1.6. The Terms of Use Agreement differs significantly from a Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use establish the rules for using the website or service, while a Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and secured.
A Privacy Policy is a legal requirement under regulations such as the EU GDPR or California’s CalOPPA. - 1.7. Evernote provides an excellent balance between formality and user-friendliness. You may take inspiration from their approach for your own Terms of Use.
